The Scottish FA have admitted that Livingston SHOULD have been awarded a penalty against Rangers on Saturday, according to the West Lothian club. The Lions had equalised through Tete Yengi at Ibrox when the Aussie striker saw a shot at goal blocked by Emmanuel Fernandez's hand. ‌

Appeals for a spot kick from the visitors were ignored, while the SFA explanation for the non-award was the apparent close proximity of the shot and that Fernandez's arm was in a natural position for the movement. Danny Rohl's men went on to win the game thanks to Mo Diomande's second half goal, leaving Livi boss Davie Martindale seething. ‌
