I FINALLY figured out what Debbie Gibson is promoting! She’ll be performing in the Thanksgiving Day parade. Now we can all sleep at night!!!!!!! She looks super cute in this, too, and I applaud the boldness of the tights — color rather than bonkers criss-crosses — but I wish she’d worn different shoes. For aesthetics, yes, because your gaze comes to a screeching halt on them, but also… I am a big proponent of keeping and wearing the things you love, but Rockstuds were of such a specific time in which they were so omnipresent, both the real versions and the knockoffs, that they may never feel anything other than stale to me. YSL Tribute sandals are another item like that. Do whatever you want, Deborah, but I’d have swapped in a badass knee-high boot and kept the Rockstuds for date night
