An Upstate New York man has been arrested after police said he violated an order of protection and jumped bail.
Patrick C. Tully, 39, of Northville, N.Y. was taken into custody Tuesday, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said they were dispatched to a business Friday in the Town of Amsterdam after Tully allegedly sent a letter to a protected party at the location, violating an order of protection.
An arrest warrant was issued by the Town of Amsterdam Court.
Tully has been charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and bail jumping in the third degree, both Class A Misdemeanors. He was arraigned in the Town of Amsterdam Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
