Keir Starmer looked "worried and sad" as his Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, delivered her high-stakes tax-raising Budget, a leading body language expert has claimed. Celebrity psychic and an expert in body language, Inbaal Honigman , said that the Prime Minister appeared tense and unenthusiastic as Ms Reeves announced increases in tax and benefits in her Autumn Budget.

The Budget will see billions more raised in tax as many Brits are dragged into high tax brackets and forced to pay more, as income tax thresholds are frozen. Speaking to the Express, Ms Honigman said that "Starmer's body language, while the Budget is being shared, is that of a man who is worried and sad. His brow is lined, and his lips are pursed".
