What we know about the new housing project in Monroe

A new, 13-home development is coming to LaPlaisance Road at Kentucky Avenue in the City of Monroe .

Clearmont Builders of the Sterling Heights area is the builder.

“Building is likely to begin in the spring with the model unit. The exact timing will depend on sales,” said Patrick Lewis, director of engineering and public services for Monroe.
