A federal judge has found that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers have acted in an "unlawful" manner in their arrests of suspected illegal immigrants in Colorado .
In his 66-page order issued on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge R. Brooke Jackson rebuked ICE for making warrantless arrests without having probable cause of flight risk, siding with four people found to be illegally present in the U.S. but who have "deep and longstanding ties to their communities."
