MINOT — The North Dakota Industrial Commission has announced an extraordinary $400 million aid package for the state's farmers, prompted by poor economic conditions brought on by President Donald Trump's erratic and largely incompetent administration.

This comes on the heels of North Dakota making relief available to furloughed workers and SNAP recipients during the government shutdown, which was fueled by Trump-inspired chaos.
