The former headteacher of Cadle Primary School in Swansea, James "Jamie" Richards faces a raft of allegations against ex members of staff

A number of members of staff have given evidence at a recent standards hearing, including one teacher who claimed Richards asked them to come into his office one day before he proceeded to play a video on his laptop of what appeared to be him caressing himself

Richards also allegedly forced a colleague to see a picture of his genitals, which he brought up on his phone during an online meeting, the hearing was told
