A 50-year-old man is facing multiple child pornography charges and officials believe there may be more victims.

Robert Shephard's bond was set at $1.9 million Wednesday in what prosecutors are calling the worst case of this kind they've encountered. Advertisement

He's charged with multiple counts of pandering sexual material involving a juvenile and illegal use of minor-nudity material.

According to prosecutors, the ages of the victims in the content were as young as newborns.

"The offense is so extremely depraved," Prosecutor Connie Pillich said Wednesday.

Pillich says they suspect there may be more victims.

"If you recognize his face, please ask questions and talk to officials," Pillich said, saying they think there are additional victims in the community.
