ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - The Robeson County sheriff confirmed the person wanted for charges connected to a Halloween party that became the site of a deadly mass shooting has been arrested.
Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said Robert Jacobs, 34, of Pembroke, turned himself in Tuesday.
He is facing 11 counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. A judge set his bond at $2,500, Wilkins said.
He joins five other people charged Monday with various crimes connected to hosting and operating the Oct. 25 Halloween party.
Wilkins said that these arrests came as investigators confirmed alcohol was being given to people under the legal drinking age at the party.
