COLUMBUS — Not too long ago, Brayton Feister and Grady Kinsey were youth football teammates.

Now, the two high school football stars are finalists for the 2025 Ohio Mr. Football Award, which is presented each year to the state's top player by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association.

Feister, a junior, is a four-star college recruit who stars at linebacker and running back for Hoban, which reached the regional finals in Division II this season. Watch Ohio High School Football Live on the NFHS Network all season

Kinsey is a senior at Indian Valley, which is the reigning Division IV state champ and plays Glenville in a state semifinal Friday, Nov. 28.

Feister and Kinsey were teammates in sixth grade on an Indian Valley youth team. They have since powered two of the state's top teams.
