Doja Cat brought 1980s excess to her Tour Ma Vie stop in Melbourne, Australia, on Tuesday, channeling pop music icon Cyndi Lauper with a spiky fuchsia wig and theatrical neon makeup.
The 30-year-old rapper performed at Rod Laver Arena in a leopard print lamé bodysuit with puffed yellow sleeves by designer Louis Verdad, accessorized with statement jewelry by House of Emmanuele and fingerless lace gloves.
Her dramatic feathered pink wig — styled by hairstylist Jared Henderson, better known as JStay Ready — was reminiscent of Lauper’s signature jagged cuts and neon dye jobs. Makeup artist Ivan Núñez matched the vibrant look with slashes of dark blue and electric yellow eyeshadow.
