For nearly three years now, Maryland Governor Wes Moore has smiled, laughed and glad-handed his way through the actual hard work of governing. He would have you believe that every problem he tells us he is solving is caused by the Trump administration. Inconveniently, he took office two full years before President Donald Trump.

In fact, the governor and the president share one outstanding trait in common. Neither man ever takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong on their watch. That is not an admirable trait in any executive.
