Vermont has joined 19 other states and the District of Columbia in a lawsuit against the federal government over funding cuts to house people experiencing homelessness.
Attorney General Charity Clark stated Tuesday that the lawsuit is over cuts to Continuum of Care grants, which are used to keep people in permanent housing.
