JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville man has been indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday on charges of distributing and possessing child sexual abuse materials.
According to his indictment, the DOJ says that the man, Tyler Bruce McClure, 24, distributed sexually explicit content of minors on or around Sept. 26, 2025. On Oct. 7. 2025, the indictment also alleges that McClure had a cellphone containing similar materials.
McClure was arrested on Nov. 17 by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. If charged, the DOJ says he can face a mandatory minimum penalty of five years and up to 40 years in federal prison and a potential life term of supervised release.
