This duo we are looking for knew exactly what they were doing. This occurred recently at the Wendy's on Bonny Oaks Drive. Our victim placed his order, then, mistakenly, left his wallet at the counter. Chattanooga Police Sgt. Victor Miller picks it up from there. "So, whenever the victim left his wallet on the counter, the two suspects walked up," he explained. "And we know they're working together because one of the suspects is the one who picked up the wallet, initially. She dropped it in her purse, and then she literally pulls it out of the purse and hands it to the other suspect, and she hides it in her pocket."
