DURHAM - The University of New Hampshire football team won its final five games of the regular season, and earned an at-large bid to the upcoming 24-team 2025-26 FCS Championship .

UNH (8-4 overall, 6-2 in Colonial Athletic Association) will aim to make it six straight wins when it travels to face No. 14 South Dakota State (8-4) on Saturday, Nov. 29 in a first-round matchup. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Saturday's winner will face No. 3 Montana State (11-1) on Saturday, Dec. 6. The Wildcats have defeated Campbell (24-10), William & Mary (34-24), Monmouth (34-13), Bryant (42-14) and last week's Brice-Cowell Musket trophy win over Maine, 33-27 during its five-game win streak.
