CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — An East Valley dentist accused of trying to meet up with what he thought was an underage boy has been rearrested on new child sex crimes charges.
Court records showed Logan Edward Cornwell is now facing five counts of child sexual exploitation after a search warrant turned up child pornography on his devices.
Cornwell, who identified himself as an employee at Mesa Dental Implants, had previously been arrested on Oct. 15 on accusations of child sex trafficking and a weapons charge. At that time, Chandler police officers were conducting a sting operation where an undercover agent posed as a 16-year-old boy on a hookup app.
