SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Get wild this holiday season and take a stroll through the zoo to enjoy lights and themed displays.

"Zoo Lights!" will begin Thanksgiving weekend and end the week before Christmas at the Henson Robinson Zoo in Springfield.

The lights will be open from 5-9 p.m., with the final admission at 8 p.m. The schedule is as follows, per the Springfield Park District:

Nov. 28 to 30

Dec. 5 to 7

Dec. 12 to 14

Dec. 19 to 21

Zoo guests can even enjoy hot chocolate or s'mores over the fire pit.
