OGDEN — An Amber Alert was issued late Wednesday afternoon for a 13-year-old girl who is believed to have been abducted by a non-family member.

The Ogden City Police Department said Jessika Francisco last seen by her family around 3:00 a.m, Wednesday morning. Investigators believe she is with 33-year-old Christopher Thomas Wiggins, who police said is a family acquaintance

The abduction happened in Ogden, police said.

The young teen was wearing Dr. Pepper pajama pants, a white hoodie and pink slippers. She has blond or strawberry hair and blue eyes and stands about 4-foot-6, weighing about 90 pounds.

Police said Wiggins is not permitted to have contact with the girl.
