Thanksgiving often brings out the gratitude in many of us. It can be a time to sit down and enjoy a meal with family and friends; however, not everyone gets that opportunity. One man in Chattanooga is doing his part making sure those in need feel cared for this holiday season with a warm meal and good conversations.
Matthew Wolcott, a Chattanooga native, wanted to do more this Thanksgiving than cook his family a turkey dinner.
"There are a lot of parents out there who have to decide, 'Am I going to eat or is my child gonna eat? Am I gonna eat less, or how do we divide that up?' That's hard. That's really hard to imagine," said Matthew Wolcott, the organizer for Wednesday's Thanksgiving meal pop-up.
