At approximately 7:47 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, Glendale Police officers responded to an apartment in the 5900 block of West Royal Palm Road.

Residents called in reference to a shooting, where it was reported a juvenile male was injured. Officers arrived and found the gunshot victim who had non-life-threatening injuries.

The teen boy was later transported to a local hospital for treatment. The suspect is currently outstanding.

Police were called to Royal Palms Apartments, just north of Northern Avenue.
