Singer Max George has revealed he experienced a "scary" hospital visit just two days before he was due to embark on an international tour. Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Max - who performs with boyband The Wanted - discussed the health challenges he has faced following surgery last year to have a pacemaker installed.
The performer revealed on social media last week that he had been rushed to hospital and underwent MRI scans prior to the American leg of The Wanted 2.0 tour alongside bandmate Siva Kaneswaran.
An arrhythmia represents a disruption in the heart's regular rhythm, causing it to beat excessively fast, too slowly, or erratically.
