Kev Townsend ( Chris Coghill ) has left Emmerdale with a broken heart.

The character arrived earlier this year and was revealed to be Robert Sugden ’s ( Ryan Hawley ) secret husband. The two characters got married in prison, when Kev was behind bars for armed robbery, while Robert was doing time for murder.
