BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - All this week we’ve been showing you the shopping sprees that Todd, Alyssa, and Joy took for Side Dish Shuffle.

It was all leading up to Thursday morning where they prepared the dishes that they shopped for.

In a game show like competition, they all had to spin the wheel to select a dish they would put together for Thanksgiving Day.

Todd was the first to spin, and it landed on green bean casserole. Joy got creamed spinach, while Alyssa’s spin stopped on mashed potatoes.

They each had three minutes to gather all the necessary ingredients.

However, at the end of their dash through the aisle they were hit with a new twist as they were asked to exchange shopping carts. This meant they were confronted with a new challenge of preparing a dish someone else had shopped
