Stranger Things’ final season has served up all the drama and then some more. After years of waiting, the fans are finally eating well – and one of the show’s best plotlines ( at least in Volume One, which comprises the first four episodes ) has been Will Byers’ character arc.
Warning: spoilers ahead!
Consistently written off as a liability, Will (Noah Schnapp) evolves this season . Not only does he embrace his sexuality, with a bit of help from Robin, but he also unlocks some pretty hardcore telekinetic powers during the episode four showdown with Vecna.
Vecna, at this point, has decimated a US Military base and has kidnapped a whole load of children into the Upside Down (for what we don’t yet know) despite the gang’s attempts to stop him. He pauses, to gloat at Will for a bit
