CLEVELAND, Ohio — In a remarkably candid press conference, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts delivered a clear message about what he believes is holding back the team’s offensive performance: a lack of consistent identity.

While the Eagles have managed to find ways to win this season, Hurts repeatedly circled back to the need for the team to commit to who they are offensively.

“We’ve just got to settle in an identity,” Hurts stated plainly. “I think that’s more important. Settle in an identity, commit to it, and then we fine-tune those things knowing that, there’s going to be some ups, there’s going to be some downs, but we’re all confident in what we’re doing.”
