Judge says hunting on MPRP properties should be prohibited only during survey work

U.S. District Judge Adam Abelson said on Wednesday that hunting on private properties should be prohibited in areas where Public Service Enterprise Group surveyors are working only while the surveys are occurring.

The energy company asked the judge in late October to prohibit property owners from hunting on their land on days the company has given notice that it will conduct surveys.
