STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Vincent Kraker scored a game-high 22 points, including nine in a pivotal fourth quarter, as Monsignor Farrell roared back from an eight-point deficit to earn a season-opening 50-49 CHSAA A/Staten Island division win over visiting St. Joseph by-the-Sea in Oakwood.

Joe Iacono added 14 markers for the Lions, while Bryce Moye had 10.

Sea got 20 points from Mike Prue. Rob Johnson and Richie Leto added 13 and eight, respectively, for the visitors.
