Eminem makes surprise appearance with Jack White during Thanksgiving halftime show

DETROIT, Mich. (WILX) - When the Detroit Lions announced a partnership with hip-hop icon Eminem to produce the annual Thanksgiving halftime show over the next three years, some fans were hoping he might make an appearance.

That wish came true Thursday as he joined Jack White — a Detroit music icon in his own right — to perform “‘Till I Collapse.”

White went on to perform one of the most well-known stadium anthems of all time — “Seven Nation Army.”

If this is a sign of things to come for the Thanksgiving halftime show with Eminem and his longtime manager Paul Rosenberg as producers, fans will certainly have a lot to look forward to.
