The Chicago Bears once again got good news and bad news on their final injury report as they prepare to take on the Philadelphia Eagles Friday.

The big news of the day came as the Bears activated cornerback Jaylon Johnson and safety Kyler Gordon from injured reserve.

Johnson has been out since Week 2 of the season with a groin injury. He made back-to-back Pro Bowls in the previous two seasons, but has been dealing with injuries throughout the 2025 campaign. His return comes at a great time for the Bears, as they’ll be facing the defending Super Bowl-champion Eagles on Friday.

Gordon has also only played in two games this season, with a fumble recovery and six tackles.

In corresponding roster moves, the Bears placed Luke Newman on injured reserve and waived running back Brittain Brown.
