We’re at the final week of Oregon high school football and the Class 5A state tournament all comes down to No. 1 Summit (12-0) and No. 2 Silverton (11-1).

Here is a breakdown of Friday’s Class 5A state championship game, which will take place at 5 p.m. at Hillsboro Stadium.

Last meeting: Silverton won 36-23 in the 2024 state quarterfinals.

Quick fact: Summit is vying to become the first undefeated 5A champion since Thurston in 2019.
