Sanders guided the Browns as the team faced off against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, helping the team score a 24-10 victory. The rookie quarterback, the son of NFL Hall of Famer and current Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders, wasn’t picked by any of the 32 NFL teams in the first draft round in April, prompting Trump to weigh in and advocate for Sanders’s selection .
