Gemma Collins has shared a new health update on her mother Joan as she continues to battle pneumonia in hospital.

The 44-year-old star , who shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex , revealed earlier this month that she had gone through the "toughest week" and said her mum, 70, was "really struggling". She also urged her fans to pray for Joan and thanked the medical staff at Broomfield Hospital for looking after her mum.
