DC just gave Harley Quinn her biggest power-up since her 1992 introduction. Harley Quinn isn't particularly known for being strong or powerful, but she has proven to be a huge threat to Batman and a long list of heroes and villains. Though she has distanced herself from him, Harley is just as unpredictable and resilient as the Joker.

Harley Quinn is one of the characters who proves that power isn't all about strength in DC K.O. In the tournament's first round, Harley outlives contestants as strong as Shazam, Hal Jordan, Blue Beetle, and Batman himself. In DC K.O. #2, Harley outlives sixteen other contestants, who fall while trying to obtain sixteen of the most powerful weapons in the DC Universe .
