Madison County authorities say a Huntsville Police officer faces kidnapping and burglary charges after allegedly leading deputies on a high-speed chase early Thanksgiving morning.
According to the Madison County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded around 5 a.m. to the 200 block of Keva Street in Meridianville in response to a domestic violence incident. When deputies arrived at the scene that made contact with two victims who said that Brandon O'Field, 41, had forced entry into the home before deputies arrived.
Huntsville Police say O'Field, a Huntsville Police officer, was off-duty at the time of the incident.
The sheriff's office says they canvassed the area and spotted O'Field driving nearby. When deputies tried to conduct a traffic stop, they say O'Field fled, and led them on a cha
