SAN ANTONIO — Work on the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project in San Antonio won't conclude this holiday season, but TxDOT is giving drivers some grace with fewer weekends of closures at the northwest side's Loop 1604/Interstate 10 interchange.

The good news is the interchange will be impacted by extended closures for just one more weekend this year; that'll be Dec. 5-7. Here's what to know about the other dates from now until 2026 (and even a few days into January).

Nov. 28-30: No closures at the interchange.

Dec. 1-4: Standard daily/nightly closures at the interchange.
