While several of the biggest matchups during the rivalry-filled final week of the 2025 college football season are on Saturday, the Week 14 Friday slate is quite robust, with 13 games scheduled.
That group of contests is highlighted by a few fierce rivalries that have significant College Football Playoff implications this season.
No. 4 Georgia will take on No. 19 Georgia Tech at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta in the aptly named "Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate" rivalry. Elsewhere in weighty rivalry showdowns, No. 16 Texas will host its undefeated rival, No. 3 Texas A&M, with the Longhorns needing a win to keep their fraught playoff hopes alive. As Lane Kiffin mulls whether to stay at No. 6 Ole Miss or take one of the vacant coaching jobs at Florida or LSU, his Rebels team will go on the road to take on Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl.
