GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - A woman in Alachua County is behind bars after trying to break into a home on Wednesday.

Frandreka Woods, 32, allegedly used a tool on the window to force her way through the front door.

Deputies said Woods attacked a man inside and threatened to kill him when she broke in. She was arrested on Wednesday.

The victim recorded the threats on his phone.

Woods has a prior battery conviction from 2018.
