The SNP Government has been ordered to publish evidence from an investigation into whether Nicola Sturgeon broke the ministerial code.
The former first minister was cleared of breaching the ethics code by an independent advisor in 2021 following the botched investigation into Alex Salmond.
The decision by Scottish Information Commissioner David Hamilton means ministers to disclose some of the written evidence used in the probe
Hamilton slammed the SNP Government over its handling of the case, saying it was only through the "diligence" of his staff that "failures" were uncovered - branding this "particularly disappointing".
