ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
Fire officials were on the scene for over four hours Friday afternoon after a home caught fire in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County.

In a Facebook post from the Elizabeth Township Fire Department, officials were called to the 900 block of Dillon Roaf following reports of a structure fire.
Immediately after dispatch was alerted of a fire, a passing Allegheny County Sheriff unit advised that there was a house on fire.
Firefighters were on the scene within 10 minutes of the calls being placed.
Due to the location of the home from the road, and a small bridge with a weight restriction, the post said, only one of the units could get close enough to the home.
