MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - During the Thanksgiving holiday, high school basketball tournaments tend to come in the weekend to follow.

This Thanksgiving weekend, a winter storm is making its way throughout the Midwest, and as a result, impacting several of the scheduled basketball tournaments around the area.

As of Friday afternoon, 16 of the scheduled 62 high school boys and girls basketball games on Saturday have been cancelled or postponed.

Here is a list of the games that have been affected as of Friday afternoon.

Saturday, November 29 (Girls):

Kenosha St. Joseph vs. Racine Case (at Case HS) - POSTPONED

Saturday, November 29 (Boys):

Watertown vs. Waukesha South (at Beaver Dam HS) - POSTPONED

Monona Grove vs. Hartford Union (at Beaver Dam HS) - POSTPONED
