Peoria Public Works prepare for strong winter storm this weekend

The City of Peoria Public Works department is preparing for the first winter storm of the season with 12-hour around-the-clock shifts, pretreated streets, and a parking ban on emergency snow routes when two inches of snow or more is forecast.
