ARLINGTON, Texas — Arlington police are investigating an incident Thursday night where an 18-wheeler overturned on Highway 287, causing a temporary closure.
According to police, the driver lost control, causing the truck to overturn in the 6000 block of northbound Highway 28.
The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said, and was taken to a local hospital.
The roadway was temporarily closed to clear the vehicle, but has since reopened, police said. No hazardous materials were being transported by the 18-wheeler, officials said.
The incident is still under investigation.
