EAST RUTHERFORD — Cedar Creek wanted to remove all doubt.

Facing the defending state champion Old Tappan Golden Knights, facing a team with 17 straight wins, facing a team that had won 24 of its previous 25 games, playing in the NFL home of the Jets and Giants, Cedar Creek didn't just win. The Pirates dominated. To the tune of a 34-7 drubbing that wasn't nearly as close as the scoreboard indicated.
