LEHIGHTON — Jim Roth walked onto the Lehighton High School football field, and sensed something might have been a bit off with his Southern Columbia football team.

"This team was tight. As a coach, I've been through a million of these, and I think we were feeling the pressure (in the first half)," Roth said. "We were a little flat to start."
