WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -- The City of Wichita is revisiting a plan to redesign a portion of Douglas Avenue, but the businesses near the proposed changes say it will only cause problems for them.

It was a busy black Friday for The Spice Merchant, a business that's been on Douglas for over 30 years.
