A former Greggs worker has shared the one item they would never eat from any of the chain's stores. Greggs is renowned for its convenient grab-and-go foods such as baked food and sandwiches, with over 2,600 branches nationwide.

The bakery giant's turnover exceeded £2bn last year due to increased sales of pizzas, chicken goujons and potato wedges, though the sausage roll continues to reign as its bestselling product. And now an ex-employee has revealed their most disliked thing on the menu.
