Nov. 21 — Trespassing offense

• 7:26 p.m., East Durant Avenue, Rubey Park Transit Center — Aspen Police officers cited a 46-year-old Glenwood Springs man on a petty offense of third-degree criminal trespassing.

• 7:53 p.m., Rubey Park— Police cited the same man on a failure-to-comply warrant from Aspen Municipal Court.

Nov. 22 — More trespassing

• 2:07 a.m., Rubey Park — The same man was cited again for a petty offense of third-degree criminal trespassing.

Nov. 23 — Driving under the influence

• 12:37 a.m., North Seventh Street — Aspen Police officers arrested a North Hollywood, California, resident, 42, on suspicion of DUI and careless driving/no regard for traffic, both misdemea
