TOMMY Conway has the full backing of his new boss Kim Hellberg as the struggling Middlesbrough striker looks to rediscover his form in front of goal.
Conway had an impressive first season on Teesside, scoring 13 goals - and the 23-year-old was handed the No.9 shirt in the summer.
But he's only hit the net twice so far this term and has now gone 13 games without a goal.
He had a glorious opportunity to end the wait for a goal against Coventry City on Tuesday night but missed a sitter when the score was 2-2, with the league leaders going on to snatch all three points thanks to a quickfire late double.
